Newborn Visit

Service Description

This visit will be fun and informative. Here we can interact with you and baby by helping with breast or bottle feeding, practice tummy-time and show you the different ways to help baby with those early developmental milestones. We will also provide a great deal of information on health and wellness for you and baby, baby blues vs post-partum depression, foods to support your recovery as well as provide the best milk for baby. We can answer any questions you may have regarding this special newborn phase including information and helpful resources on: - growth spurts - infant nutrition - setting up equipment such as breast pumps, clean bottles and teach proper sterilizing techniques - safe sleep education - gas or colic problem solving - diaper care - healthy skin care - bathing basics - swaddling / calming measures - learn tools to balance life with a newborn *travel fee may apply*
