PRENATAL VISIT: This visit will leave mama feeling ready and prepared for baby. We will help educate, empower, encourage and equip you on everything baby! Allow our specialized team to come help mama prepare for baby's arrival home. Services include: - helping you “baby-proof” your home - setting up equipment such as breast pumps - clean bottles and teach proper sterilizing techniques - safe sleep education - demonstrations on different swaddling techniques information on what to expect before, at and after delivery - Q&A and more! NEWBORN VISIT: This visit will be fun and informative. Here we can interact with you and baby by helping with breast or bottle feeding, practice tummy-time and show you the different ways to help baby with those early developmental milestones. We will also provide a great deal of information on health and wellness for you and baby, baby blues vs post-partum depression, foods to support your recovery as well as provide the best milk for baby. We can answer any questions you may have regarding this special newborn phase including information and helpful resources on: - growth spurts - infant nutrition - setting up equipment such as breast pumps, clean bottles and teach proper sterilizing techniques - safe sleep education - gas or colic problem solving - diaper care - healthy skin care - bathing basics - swaddling / calming measures - learn tools to balance life with a newborn + FOLLOW UP VISIT This visit can be after the pre or post-natal (newborn) visit and can provide even more hands-on help with problem solving, breast feeding, pump assistance and questions or concerns that we can provide assistance with. (This visit can be up to 90 min.) + FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL This add-on is great for those that have had the team in your home for a visit but still have some questions or need help problem solving. One of the baby whisperers will call you at home and answer those questions and help walk you through it. (Length of phone call will be 30-60 minutes) (This bundle is valued at $1500) *travel fee may apply*
